I'm done with exams!! I feel like utter crap, I've stayed up for 3 days straight and have worked like a mad woman to get everything done, but its all over and I head home tomorrow. I'm so pleased with myself right now, in my advanced printmaking classes we always vote on the people with the best collection of work for that semester and that person gets a print from my prof. They voted for me!!! Its such a whirlwind, starting up, hating what I was doing, starting over, and then settling on the things I did. 6 editions in a week is not easy my friends and I don't suggest it, your cuticles will swell and your back will hurt like a beeyotch! Oh and the whole running around, no sleep thing too...although honestly I'm not a person to stress very much.

But anyway, once I get home and sleep for a day I'll post my new prints. I won't even lie, I'm pretty fond of a few of them. Oh and bonus! My classmates are brilliant printmakers and they want to trade work with me! I'm so psyched, I'm getting some really badass work out of this semester! So yeah, summer is definitely starting on a very positive note. And my hard ass teacher actually got really sentimental about how me and my two fellow ladies are graduating next year, not that I blame him, we're a riot together. Hell, I'm getting sentimental, I can't believe I'm a senior in college! AGH! Granted I have every intention to go to grad school, but I'm going to miss these people--they're the ones that really got me to open my eyes and realize I could succeed in art. But truly I'm not concerned, I know we'll stay friends, we've got the art to keep us together!
